Eligibility for Returns
We accept return or exchange requests only under the following conditions:
- The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- You notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging with all tags and seals intact
- A valid proof of purchase is provided

Return Process
- Once your request is approved, we will share detailed instructions for the return
- Do not ship the product without prior confirmation, as unapproved returns will not be accepted
- If eligible, we will either arrange a pickup or provide return shipping guidance
Damages & Issues
We recommend inspecting your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours at support@Znvera .com.
Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or issue a refund, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
