1. Shipping Locations

We currently ship across India, covering all major cities and towns.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after confirmation
  • You will receive a dispatch confirmation once your order is shipped
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day

3. Shipping Time

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days from dispatch
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days from dispatch

Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email from support@Znvera.com. You can use this to monitor your shipment in real time.

5. Delayed or Lost Orders

While we aim for timely delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen factors such as weather, operational constraints, or courier issues.

6. Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping details are accurate and complete at checkout.

Znvera is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

7. Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or with missing items, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at support@Znvera.com, along with relevant images.

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

8. Order Modifications & Cancellations

  • Orders can be modified or canceled within 12 hours of placement
  • Once an order has been dispatched, it cannot be modified or canceled
